Pricing Plans:

Per Hour Pricing:

Snow Plowing services will be performed and billed at a single rate per hour. Salting and Cinder pricing is billed at a per-application rate.

Seasonal (Flat Rate) Pricing:

Snow plowing and ice control services are provided at a previously agreed-upon single price, which is all-inclusive of all services, labor, and de-icing chemicals. This pricing structure may or may not include a seasonal snowfall “cap”. Flagstaff Snow Removal will consider seasonal arrangements for customers willing to commit to at least a three-year agreement, to mitigate the risk of a heavy snow year over a longer period. Typically, seasonal arrangements are paid over a 5-month period beginning in November, although a 12-month payment option is available.

A post-storm site inspection will be performed to ensure that your site was serviced as contracted. Your site will be visited so that we may inspect for slippery/icy conditions that may require an application of de-icing agents or the need for removal of drifted snow.
